Info: Can-Bus technology is used in most of these models. This means that there is no longer an analog ignition plus cable in the vehicle shaft. This adapter provides a replacement solution for this. The extra red cable must be connected to a positive ignition source in the vehicle (e.g., fuse box terminal 15), otherwise the car radio will not switch on with the ignition. Please secure this cable additionally with a sufficient fuse.
